MODEL T (“we”, “us”) is the operator of the MODEL T website (mod-t.com) and the MODEL T mobile application. MODEL T is a digital strength coach being built to help everyday gym users plan, follow and progress their training.

a) Information you send us voluntarily

If you email us at hello@mod-t.com, we process the information you choose to send — your email address and the contents of your message — in order to respond.

b) Training and nutrition information in the app

Your profile, workouts, training history and nutrition preferences are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.

If this changes in the future — for example, to offer optional backup or sync — we will update this notice before the change takes effect and explain clearly what is stored, where, and why.

• We do not use your training information for advertising.
• We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking on this website or in the app.
• We do not require an account to use the website or the app.

We use the information described above only to respond to messages you send us and to operate and improve the website and the app.

We may use service providers to operate parts of the website or handle information we receive, such as email or hosting services.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, we will describe the relevant safeguards in this notice before public launch.

Information stored in the app stays on your device and under your control.

Information you send to us by email is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain appropriate records.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain uses of your information, and in some cases to object to or request transfer of your information.

We recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode or other supported security controls and keeping its operating system up to date.

Access to correspondence we receive is limited to those who need it to respond to enquiries and operate the service.

At present, the MODEL T website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking technologies.

We do not currently use these technologies to track how you browse the website or to build an advertising profile about you.

If this changes, we will update the relevant information and obtain any consent required by applicable law before using technologies that require it.

We may update this notice when our use of personal information changes or when we need to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements.
